Privacy policy

What we collect

• The name, email address and project name you enter in the intake form.
• The audio you speak during the conversation, while the session is open.
• A written transcript of both sides of the conversation.
• The structured information about your idea that the assistant extracts: stage, funding needs, use of funds, team size, running costs, and its own evaluation of the idea.
• The IP address recorded at the moment you accept this policy, as proof of consent.

Who processes it

The live conversation runs on the Google Gemini Live API. Your audio and transcript are sent to Google for processing and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Everything else is stored in this application's database.

Why

To run the evaluation, to show you the report afterwards, and to contact you about it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything stored about your idea, or for it to be deleted, by writing to the address in the footer of this site.
